HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT TO BE AT THE SALON FOR A NEW APPOINTMENT?
At Prevail Salon we feel that a proper consultation is key to successful results! Please allow ample time for your first appointment. We schedule extra time for all new guests so that you and your stylist have time to discuss ideas and look at styling photo's. This gives both of you the opportunity to get to know each other, and for the stylist to learn about who you are and what you are looking for. All of our stylist's are trained on face shapes and skin tones to help guide you to a cut or color that will look best on you!
CAN I RETURN A STYLING PRODUCT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH IT?
Yes. All of our products are guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased, just bring it back to the salon for an equivalent exchange. Your opened container will be used on the stylist's stations, so your product will never be wasted.
ARE YOU A "GREEN" SALON?
At Prevail Salon we strive to always be environmentally friendly. We took recycling to a whole new level by taking an old, run down garage and transforming it into a contemporary, upscale, neighborhood salon! We take great pride in caring for our environment by: using ONLY environmentally friendly products, recycling, LED lighting, "green" cleaning company, to name just a few.
We also take pride in being an electronically savvy salon! We use significantly less paper by contacting guests electronically for: newsletters, special offers or announcements and appointment reminders. Help us help the Earth by giving an updated e-mail address!
HOW MUCH ARE YOUR HAIRCUTS?
We offer a multi tier price structure to meet every budget. All of our stylists are licensed and are required to take multiple advanced education classes throughout the year. Our pricing structure is based on years of experience and education. Please see our website for a complete list of our staff and their achievements.
*We have many guests that see several stylists at our salon. So, if for some reason you are not able to get in with your regular stylist, please inquire about seeing one of our other talented staff. Honest, we don't mind!
