Online Booking FAQ

This is just a reminder that if you are experiencing issues with booking an appointment online please note some common issues below:


1.  New clients require approval by the administrator.  This is to ensure that the correct services are selected.  Since it's your first time at Prevail, we need to make sure that your stylist has ample time with you.

2. If you registered your information and DID NOT receive a confirmation email, this is because you are a new client and need approval by the administrator.

3.  If you are already an existing client and we have your email on file, you do not need to register.  By default, you are already in the system and can log in using the following:
Username: Your Email
Pass: First Initial/Last Name (ie. JSmith)
Once you have logged in, you can change your password.

4.  If you've recently changed your email, please let us know.  If your old email is on file with us, you will need to use that when you log in to online booking.

5.  If you are trying to book an appointment and cannot get in on the date requested, please call the salon.  The online system is a 'conservative' tool.  Our front desk staff might be able to manually book your appointment if you call. ** Please note: this is not always the case.
